• In order to take benefits of automobile insurance and insurance,our esteemed customers;
  * Should not drive vehicle under the effects of alcohol and drugs.
  * Should not let the vehicle beeing used by third persons without knowledge of the lessor.
  * Should not let use the vehicle by persons who don’t have a valid driving licence
  
• A detailed accident report from the nearest authorities to the cognizance (in city borders : the traffic police,local police station,outside city borders : military police) that determines how the accident occurs, alcohol examination report, etc documents must be delivered to the lessor within 48 hours.
  
• Unless don’t having any inhibitive position determined by a doctor report (serious injures) the renter must inform the lessor about the accident immediately.
  
• Renter is not allowed to interfere the damaged vehicle in any case.
  
• In order to repair the damage that occur on accidents within turkish borders,it is necessary to repair the vehicle in an authorized service that has an agreement with the lessor
  
• All insurances are valid within the periods given in the damage assurance and rental immunity contract.
  
• The renter can not demand any rights from the lessor for occuring damages in cases of extending the leasing period without the affirmation of the lessor.
  
• Tire damages,headlight,window and side rearview mirror breakings,
  
• Seat,planking burnings and rips are excluded of the automobile insurance and insurance.
  
• While the vehicle is not moving, the renter is responsible to park the vehicle closed and locked to be secure.
  
• In case of stealing,the insurance company, will pay the worth of the vehicle after 45 days.
  
• If the rented car is stolen and can not befound within 30 days the renter is responsible to make a payment of 30 days.
  
• The cost of the damage made to the opponent by the rented vehicle is limited with 6000 ytl by the traffical policy.For the rest, the optional financial responsibility cost is 10000 ytl.According to this,
  
• The insurance company assumes up to 16000 ytl of the opponents damage.
  
• If the damage is higher than this limit, the rest wil be demanded from the renter.

Personal accident insurance

• It’s possible to make a personal accident insurance during the rental time which includes urgent unexpected accidents and treatment expenses caused by accidents.
  
• To use this service, the renter has to pay the insurance premium explained below at the beginning of the rent
  
• Personal accident insurance premium daily: 20 ytl
  
• Personal accident insurance includes the situations below:
  * Up to 5000 ytl for hospital treatment expenses caused by accidents
  * In case of disability, according to the disability grade up to 5000
  * In case of death up to 5000 ytl compensation
