On this page MAJESTIC TURİZM SAN. VE TİC.LTD.ŞTI.is named as"LESSOR" .The person/persons who will make use of the car in return for a wage are named as " RENTER".

• Only persons who are at least 24 years old and have a driver licences till min 2 years can rent a car.
  
• The address and phone number of the home, the address and phone number of work, the tax identity number and identity number,i f existend a mobile numberand credit card informations have to be submitted to the lessor.
  
• The renter has to receive and hand out completly all technical equipment and official documents which are decreed from the concerned lawrules on turkish highways.
  
• The renter can not use the car fort he aims below
  *Carrying stuff and goods which are barred through orders of law
  *using the car in situations which may be seen as criminality in turkish law
  *driving the car drunk orafter taking drugs
  
• Least renting time is 24 hours
  
• Weekly rent is calculated as 7 days, monthly rent as 30 days
  
• If the renter wants to renew the leasing time he has to notify this to the lessor 12 hours before .
  
• If the renter has a delay of 3 hours 1/5 payment, if he has a delay than more as 3 hours full day payment will be taken.

• Fuelcosts belong to the renter.
  
• The vehical can not be taken abroad without a written permisson of the lessor.
  
• Bridge and highway passing costs belong to the renter.
  
• The renter has to entrust and inform the lessor about documents like alcohol control and accident report taken from the nearest location ( within city borders traffic police,local police station, outside the city borders military police) without changing the place of the vehicle, when he has made an accident.
  
• For another person to be able to drive the car the current driver licence information has to be pointed out in the contract.
